This July I was invited to give a Seminar for faculty and students at the Graduate School of Life Sciences, Tohoku University about “Oxygen imaging of hypoxic pockets in the mouse cerbral cortex”. I was invited by Prof. Ko Matsui of the Super-Network Brain Physiology lab.

After my stay in the city of Sendai, I gave a talk at the 48th Annual Meeting of the Japan Neuroscience Society in Niigata as part of the seminar “Information metabolism cross-talk in the brain”.

It was a great trip with a lot of learning and experience.
